Background:	FHY1 is a positive regulator of photomorphogenesis in far-red light. Most FHY1 abundant in young seedlings in the dark. It is localized in the nucleus and the cytoplasm. FHY1 is degraded through the 26S proteasome and regulated by PHYA.
